This is a placeholder PAIA manual. Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, a private body must compile and make available a manual describing the records it holds and the process for requesting them. 1. Introduction

America Technology Services ("ATS") complies with POPIA and PAIA. This manual describes the records we hold, the access officer and the process for making a request.

2. Records we hold

• Contact and enquiry records submitted through this website.
• Client service agreements, support tickets and reports generated in the course of IT services.
• Business, financial and staff records kept as required by law.

3. How to make a request

A request for access to records held by ATS must be made in the prescribed form (Form 2), available from the Information Regulator. Send it to our Information Officer:

4. Fees and time limits

Prescribed request fees and deposit amounts may apply, and ATS will respond within the timeframes set by PAIA.

5. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (www.inforegulator.org.za), or approach the courts.
