ATS is a small, fully online IT company based in Grabouw in the Western Cape. When you hire us, you get me — the founder — doing the work.

My story
I have spent more than 18 years in IT, and most of that time deep inside the Microsoft platform — Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune administration at scale, Windows Server and Active Directory, and the unglamorous work of keeping endpoints healthy across their whole lifecycle.
Along the way I picked up an AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner and several Azure Applied Skills certifications. But the qualification that matters most to my clients is simpler: they always know exactly who is doing their work, and that person answers the phone.
I started ATS so owner-run South African businesses could get the kind of senior, MSP-style service delivery that usually only big companies can afford — with clear agreements, fixed pricing and reporting you can actually read. I speak Afrikaans natively and English, and I invoice locally.

How we work
The way ATS operates
- Least-privilege access. We use named, MFA-protected admin accounts, and we ask for only the access a job needs.
- Your data stays yours. We do not resell it, and we handle it under the agreements we sign with you.
- Plain-language reporting. Every review ends in a summary you can act on, not a wall of acronyms.

Is a one-person company enough for our needs?
For owner-run businesses of roughly 2–50 staff, a senior engineer who does the work himself is often better than a large firm that assigns you a junior. If you need 24/7 on-site cover, we are honest that we are not the right fit.
